| Mandy Caceres, Licensed Funeral Director Email: Mandy@PalmettoCremationSociety.com Office Phone: 843-722-2555 Fax: 843-723-7040 Mandy grew up in the South Carolina Midlands, and can remember answering the phones for her family's business, Wilbert Vault Co. as young as 10 years old. She followed the family business to Charleston in 1997 and worked for a number of years fostering relationships with area funeral homes and families. She left the deathcare industry briefly to pursue a career in marketing, but decided to return to funeral service in 2013, when she joined Palmetto Cremation Society as a Funeral Director Apprentice. In June of 2015, she became the Licensed Funeral Director for Palmetto Cremation Society. It has become her passion and her mission to serve families with affordable direct cremation. A busy mom, Mandy lives in Summerville with her husband and large blended family. |  |

After receiving her BA degree in Kentucky, she moved to South Carolina with her husband in 2013 and began working for the Classified Advertising department at The Post and Courier newspaper. Her favorite part of the job was assisting and connecting with grieving families as they placed obituaries for their loved ones. In March 2015, she followed her heart to Palmetto Cremation Society and is currently pursuing a career in Funeral Service. |

She began as a part time administrative assistant but soon realized that she had found her calling. Now as both a licensed Funeral Director and Licensed Pre-Planning Counselor Kathy's role is to assist people in making their arrangements in advance to guarantee today's price for their future cremation services. Kathy enjoys painting and crafting as well as spending time with her grandchildren. |
